Return and Refund Policy
At Kapra Hub, your satisfaction is our priority. We carefully check every item before dispatch, but if something goes wrong, we’re here to help.
✅ Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns/exchanges only if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order to request a return.
The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags.
✅ Non-Returnable Items
Sale items, discounted products, and items bought during clearance are not eligible for return.
Color variation due to lighting/screens is not considered a defect.
✅ Refunds
Refunds are processed only if we cannot provide you with a replacement.
Refunds (in case of prepaid orders) will be made via bank transfer within 7 working days.
For COD orders, customers will be offered an exchange or store credit.

2. Share your order number, pictures of the product, and reason for return.
3. Once approved, ship the product back to us (return shipping paid by customer).
✅ Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received was incorrect or defective.
